Tea Time

I recently picked up this tea at Fry's for my cousin Miriam and I. It is very flavorful and naturally sweet, so you dont (need) sugar or honey. Miriam likes to add a few drops of cinnamon or vanilla stevia, which you can find at Sprouts. Its a bit pricy but a little goes a long way and the 12 dollar bottle can last you many months. Stevia is a great zero calorie sweetener, and is a healthy alternative to artificial sweeteners such as aspartame and sucralose.
